The general lack in basic community services in many
places across the country, such as libraries,
playgrounds, parks and other facilities, makes it
difficult for children and young people to channel their
energy during their free time, and develop to potential.
In the face of these challenges, L1CC provides them with
an opportunity to grow, progress and achieve in a youth
friendly, learning-oriented environment.
We make it possible for them to join a safe, fun,
constructive, educational, and recreational setting while
benefiting from quality services, learning tools, tutoring
and counseling
